Our partnership is rooted in a deep commitment to music, criminal justice reform, and the power of healing. We each bring distinct, yet complementary experiences. One of us has channeled personal experiences with violence and a family member, a U.S. Veteran, who was incarcerated into a dedicated mission for societal change. The other witnessed the disproportionate incarceration of African-American men within their community. This shared awareness, coupled with our expertise in advising prominent figures through complex business and crisis situations, fuels our belief in the responsibility of businesses to actively contribute to positive social impact.
